Ashley landed her start early in life learning the ropes on her father’s commercial fishing vessel the “Miss Ashley” & carry out restaurant “Norris Seafood.” Aside from the family seafood business Ashley spent her childhood cooking alongside her southern great grandmother and Italian mother.

Ashley can be found working alongside her parents occasionally helping with their busy seafood carry out, or catering events on her husband’s dinner boat, “Maryland Party Boat.” Recently she has expanded, and opened her own mobile hospitality services bringing you Norris North; Catering, Seafood & Events.

Ashley’s culinary diversity allows Norris North to offer a menu to suit almost any palate.
